Deactivation Of G99+ Features From Your Website

In this article, we will discuss how you can deactivate or remove G99+ features (i.e. - G99+ forms, chatbot, and virtual consultation) from your website.
1. To remove the Contact Form from the website

Step 1
First we have to go to the dashboard.
To go to the dashboard, we have to click on the shown symbol below.
We will see a dashboard like below.
Step 2
We have to hover over the templates from left menu panel & click on saved templates.
Step 3
On the saved templates page, we have to find CTA and contact form templates. We have to edit all templates for CTA and the contact form.
Step 4
Wherever we can see the contact form on templates, just click on it. You can find the script in the left side panel. We can delete that script and contact form will be removed.
2. To remove Chatbot from Website

Step 1
First we have to go to the dashboard by clicking the symbol as shown below.

Step 2
We have to find the Code Snippet option from the left side menu panel.
Step 3
We have to go hover over the code snippets and we can find the option header and footer. We have to click on header and footer option.
Step 4
Once we go to the header and footer page, we can find the script either on the header or footer on this page.
Once we find the script, we can remove from there and chatbot will be removed from the website.
3. To remove Virtual Consultation from website

Step 1
First we have to go to the dashboard by clicking the symbol as shown below.
We will see a dashboard like this.
Step 2
Then we have to click on pages from left side menu.
Step 3
We have to search for virtual consultation in page search box.
Step 4
After that, we will get the virtual consultation page, we can hover over it and we can click on trash to delete that page.
