Integrating Google Business Profile with Growth99+ for Review Management

Overview

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to log in to the Growth99 application and link your Google Business Profile. Once connected, you can seamlessly fetch and display customer reviews for your business location using its Place ID.

Step 1: Logging in to the Growth99+ Application


1. Accessing the Login Page


  1. Go to https://app.growth99.com/ and login to your Growth99+ application and navigate to 5-Star Review → Review in the menu.

  2. Click on the Google Setup button. (Note: If your Google profile is linked to our application already, the Google Setup  button does not appear)




2. Granting Permissions


  1. A Google login popup will appear.

  2. Select the Google account associated with your business.

  3. Review and accept the required permissions.

  4. The application requests the "business.manage" permission, which allows Growth99 to access your Google Business Profile and fetch reviews.

  5. Upon successful login, you will be redirected back to your Growth99+ account.

3. Confirmation


  1. A confirmation message will be displayed, indicating a successful login.

  2. Your Google Business Profile will be successfully linked, enabling Growth99 to fetch reviews.




Step 2: Fetching Reviews for a Business Location


1. Entering the Business Location Place ID


  1. Navigate to the Review Manager section.

  2. Locate the input box labeled Google Place ID.

  3. Enter the Place ID of the business location for which you want to retrieve reviews.

  4. For guidance on finding your Google Place ID, refer to: https://support.growth99.com/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-find-the-google-place-id . Important: Adding the Google Place ID is mandatory. Without a valid Place ID, reviews will not be fetched for the business location.

  5. Scroll down and save the Review Configuration page by clicking the Save button.

  6. Once the Place ID is saved, the Google Status in the table at the top will update to "In Progress," indicating that the system is retrieving the most recent review count from Google.

  7. Within a few seconds, the status will automatically update from "In Progress" to "Complete" once the retrieval process is successful.




Note: If you manage multiple locations, you must repeat this process for each clinic
by selecting the clinic from the drop-down and adding its respective Place ID.



2. Retrieving Reviews


  1. Click on the "Refresh Reviews" button.

  2. Growth99 will fetch and display the latest reviews for your business location.

  3. To view the fetched reviews, navigate to the Edit Reviews page.




Troubleshooting


If you encounter any issues while linking your Google Business Profile or fetching reviews, please check the following:


✅ Ensure you are accessing the correct Google account linked to your business.

✅ Verify that you have granted the necessary permissions.

✅ Double-check the accuracy of your Google Place ID.

✅ If problems persist, contact the Growth99 Product Team for assistance.
