Growth99+ is a product that Growth99 offers to facilitate easy communication and exchange of important information between business account users/doctors/clinics and clients/patients. A myriad of interesting and useful features that Growth99+ offers range from helping patients to search for suitable treatments for their symptoms to enabling doctors to set a vacation schedule and letting their patients known when they are available.
Let us take a virtual tour of the various features of the Growth99+ application.
1. Admin Panel
The admin panel is the entry point to explore the menus and options of the Growth99+ application. To access the admin panel, business account users must enter their login credentials provided by Growth99. The first of the two images shown below displays the page where login credentials are to be entered. Refer to the second image to see what the admin panel looks like.
2. My Profile
The "My Profile" menu is for the exclusive use of the business account owner and clients/patients have no access to it. The below image shows the profile page and the various data fields that business account users have to fill in with information about their clinic/business.
3. Accounts and Settings
The
"Accounts and Settings" menu has a dropdown that displays several sub-menus that allow adding details of the clinic/clinics, personalization of the business page, filling the contact form for appointment booking, and list the services that the clinic offers along with details of the service provider. There is also a sub-menu that allows business owners to set up a Stripe account and facilitate online payment for the services they offer. 4. Appointments
The "Appointments" menu helps doctors/clinics to keep a track of the completed and upcoming appointments, cancellation of appointments, payment history and details of all patients that have visited so far. There are separate sub-menus to help the doctor/clinic keep a track of all the aforementioned tasks. The below image offers more details about the "Appointments" menu.
5. Tasks
The "Tasks" menu allows doctors/clinics to keep a record of all their completed and pending tasks. It is akin to a "to-do" list we make for ourselves to avoid confusion and delay in completing important tasks. The "Tasks" menu helps to manage the business account better and is indirectly responsible for increasing the rate of lead conversion. The below image shows an example of a task created to follow up with a lead. The buttons for creating, editing and deleting a task are also highlighted.
6. Triggers
The trigger menu allows the business account users to activate triggers for providers as well as patients for various purposes. Triggers may be set for appointment reminders, post-treatment feedback reminders or to remind doctors to connect with potential leads. Emails or SMS are the two modes of triggers that the Growth99+ application offers. The below image shows how the trigger page of a business account appears. The image also highlights the buttons for creating a new trigger, and editing and deleting an existing trigger.
7. Landing Pages
The "Landing Pages" menu includes separate pages for each of the services that are listed on the official website of the business account. Landing pages play an important role in helping to generate more leads.
8. Website Templates
Every business account owner offers certain products or services that their clients avail through telephonic or online booking. The "Website Templates" menu is a single-page website designed by Growth99 to offer a summary of the important features of the facilities and services that the business account user offers. Features like appointment booking links, virtual self-assessment as used by the business account, services offered are displayed on the "Website Templates" menu.
9. Symptom Composer
One of the most helpful features that the Growth99+ app has designed for the use of patients is the "Symptom Composer". This feature is auto-integrated with the official website of the business account user, every time a new business account is created. Patients may choose the image of a model suited to their gender and select individual body parts for which they are experiencing symptoms. On doing so, patients get a list of services that the business offers, which are suitable to their symptoms. The "Symptom Composer" feature helps patients get acquainted with the treatments they may need to undergo. The below image shows how the symptom composer page appears when a female model is selected.
10. Leads
The "Leads" menu keeps a record of all the leads that the business account has captured and offers segregation of the leads depending on month-wise and day-wise generation. A pie chart also offers the business account user an idea of the source of lead generation which is usually a contact form, a landing page or another source. The below image shows how the "Leads" menu of a business account would appear.
11. Templates
The templates feature has sub-menus that are very important to establish clear communication about appointments, payments and post-treatment feedback between the business/doctor and the patient.
- Email Template- Each clinic has various email templates uniquely designed to suit their requirements, with pre-defined variables for the business name, patient's name and other important information. - SMS Template- Similar to the Email templates are SMS templates notifying the clinic/doctor or the patient of various important details about their past, upcoming or cancelled appointments. SMS templates too are integrated with pre-defined variables that get auto-filled before getting sent out.
- Consents- Each treatment offered by a particular clinic is backed by a consent form which provides the necessary information about the procedure, possible side effects and treatment precautions for the patients to name a few. It is mandatory at many clinics for patients to sign these consent forms before beginning their treatment. The "Consents" sub-menu features a list of informed consent forms for various treatments. - Questionnaires- Patients and doctors/clinics may need to exchange information in the form of a variety of instructions, questions and feedback information. The "Questionnaires" sub-menu is used to create custom questionnaires and add questions and their relevant answers for the use of patients and the clinic/doctor. 12. Chatbot
A chatbot is a digital feature that mimics the interaction with a human assisting agent who would help you with a guided tour of the website you are visiting. The
"Chat Bot" feature of the Growth99+ app has sub-menus that help businesses to customize their own chatbot as per their requirements. Other sub-menus that this feature offers help to generate more questions for the chatbot to answer based on past chat sessions with website visitors. 13. Logout
Every website that requires users to enter their login credentials to access it also offers a logout option.
It is recommended to all business users to always use the "Logout" feature of the Growth99+ app for security reasons, so as to not allow any outsider access to important information related to the business and patients.
