ModMed's API integration offers seamless connectivity between various applications and ModMed’s comprehensive CRM platform, tailored specifically for the medical aesthetic industry. This platform provides essential features such as appointment scheduling, client management, sales tracking, and advanced communication tools. By integrating with ModMed’s, medical aesthetic clinics can automate and optimise their workflows, improve client relationship management, and increase overall operational efficiency. This integration empowers clinics to better manage client interactions, streamline processes, and ultimately deliver exceptional service to their clients.
This integration only allows to transfer the patient records from ModMed to Growth99, as well as from Growth99 to ModMed.
For Outgoing integration(Growth99 to Modmed)
Step – 1
Access your Growth99+ business account using your login credentials and select the menu titled "INTEGRATION CENTER" and click on the sub-menu titled "API Integrations".
Step – 2
You will see the below page.
API Integrations->Click on Data Outgoing->Modmed API Integration.
Click on the tab "Manage button"; you will get the below page.
Step – 3
There, in the API URL section, you need to add your API URI, i.e.,https://stage.ema-api.com/ema-dev. Then you need to Add your URL, i.e.,https://stage.ema-api.com/ema-dev/firm/entpmsandbox431/ema/ws/oauth2/grant, then need to add a firm name, Username, Password, API Key, and then set the frequency for Daily, weekly and monthly.
After setting the frequency, it will fetch the data accordingly.
Step – 4
After you save the details, whenever you send any Patient, it will be sent to your Modmed, and it will be shown in the “History” below, and that patient data will be listed in the All Patient sub-module.
Step – 5
After saving, test it by submitting a Growth99+ contact form present on your website, and check if it is getting recorded under “History” or not, like the above image.
Also, in the above screenshot, under “History”, there are two columns named “Request” and “Response”.
Under both columns, there is a black info icon with each entry. Hover or click on it, and it will show what request was sent and what response was received from the Modmed.
We also have a retry button to retry the request if any error occurs. We are sending patients from Growth99 to Modmed, where they will appear in the Patients table. This integration allows seamless transfer and management of patient information, enabling efficient tracking, assignment, and follow-up. By centralizing patients in Modmed, medical aesthetic clinics can streamline their operations, improve client acquisition strategies, and enhance overall business efficiency.
