Integrate Podium In Growth99+


Now, you can easily integrate  Podium for sending G99+ Appointment Messages to customers. 


To enable seamless Growth99 integration support, ensure that the appointment SMS is triggered on the Growth99+.

Note: Podium only supports Appointment SMS which is configured in the triggers

Follow these steps to set up the integration.

Step – 1


Access your Growth99+ business account using your login credentials and select the menu titled "API Integrations".



Step – 2


Select the Manage button near the Podium account



 




Step – 3

You can see the below page

Add these details if it is not pre-filled

API URI: https://api.podium.com 

Auth Url: https://api.podium.com/oauth/token 

Redirect Url: https://auth.podium.com/oauth/authorize 

Redirect Url: /business/api-integration/api/details?source=PODIUM 

Contact Podium support to get the details of Client Id, Client Secret, and Location Id

After adding all these details Click on Save





Step – 3

You can see the below page.

After adding all these details Click on Save.




Step – 4 

After hitting Save it will redirect you to the below page please click on Grand access.


Step – 5

After Grand access, it will redirect back to the G99+ App.

Now you can test creating an appointment in Growth99+, and check if it is getting recorded under “History”, like the below image.
