Integrate Close CRM In Growth99+

Close CRM API integration enables seamless connections between various applications and services with Close, a robust CRM platform designed to meet the needs of the medical aesthetic industry. Close CRM offers features such as appointment scheduling, client management, sales tracking, and communication tools. By integrating with Close, clinics can automate and optimize their workflows, enhance client relationship management, and boost overall operational efficiency. This integration allows medical aesthetic clinics to better manage client interactions, streamline processes, and ultimately deliver outstanding service to their clients.

Steps to Integrate Close CRM with Growth99+:

Step – 1

Access your Growth99+ business account using your login credentials and select the menu titled "Account & Settingsand click on the sub-menu titled "API Integrations".




Step – 2

You will see the below page. Click on the "Close CRM" tab there.



Step – 3

There, in the API URI section, https://api.close.com URL will be pre-filled. If not, add it.



Step – 4

And, for the API token, if you have it, you need to add it under the “API Token” section. Otherwise, you need to generate the API token from your Close account.

For that, login to your Close account and click on "Settings". There you will find the option "API Keys"; click on it. You will see the below page. There click on "+ New API Key".



A pop-up will appear asking you to fill the "API Key Name". Add a name and click on "Create API Key".



Your API key will get generated; copy it as shown below, and add it under the “API Token” section in G99+.



Step – 5

After adding the API key and Name, click on save.



Step – 6

After you save the details, whenever you get any lead, it will be sent to your Close account, and it will be shown in the “History” below.



Step – 7

After saving, test it by submitting a Growth99+ contact form present on your website, and check if it is getting recorded under “History” or not, like the above image.

Also, in the above screenshot, under “History”, there are two columns named “Request” and “Response”.

Under both columns, there is a black info icon with each entry. Hover or click on it, and it will show what request was sent and what response receive from Close API.

We also have a retry button to retry the request if any error occurs.


We are sending leads from Growth99 to Close CRM, where they will appear in the Leads table. This integration allows seamless transfer and management of lead information, enabling efficient tracking, assignment, and follow-up. By centralising leads inClose CRM, medical aesthetic clinics can streamline their operations, improve client acquisition strategies, and enhance overall business efficiency.
