This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to log in to the Growth99 application
and link your Google Business Profile. Once connected, you can seamlessly fetch and display customer reviews for your business location using its Profile ID.
Accessing the Review Manager
Go to https://beta.growth99.com/ and log in to your Growth99 application
Go to Marketing in the top menu and select Review Manager from the dropdown.
On the Location page, click the Inactive tab, then click Set Up next to the clinic with "Set up pending" to configure your Google Business Profile.
Note:
Active and Inactive:
Active means the functionality (Google, Facebook, Demandforce, Yelp) has been set up, and reviews are being fetched.
Inactive means no platform has been set up yet, and reviews have not yet been fetched.
When clicking the Set Up button, you will be taken to the “Customize Your Review Prompt” page.
Form Details
Page Title: The heading shown to users before they rate (e.g., “Rate your experience”).
Page Description: A short message explaining what they should do (e.g., “Please rate your experience with us on a scale from 5 to 10”).
Form Settings
Rating Scale Preview: Displays 0–10 with contextual labels like “My experience wasn’t good” (left) to “My experience was great” (right).
Redirect for review if rating is: Specifies a threshold (e.g., “8 and above”). Ratings at or above this will redirect the user to leave a review.
Negative side / Positive side messages:
Negative prompt: “My experience wasn’t good…”
Positive prompt: “My experience was good…”
These appear based on the user's rating sentiment.
Click Continue to go to the Setup Review Configuration page.
At the top under Channel Configuration, select the Google icon, which will be highlighted with a green outline and checkmark.
To set up your Google Business Profile, click the “Connect your Google Business Listing” button on the right.
Note: If your Google profile is linked to our application already, the Google Setup button does not appear
Note: Ensure that the email address used to link your Google Business Profile to Growth99 has access to the associated Google Business Profile.
Google Sign-In Pop Up Appears - Select the Google account associated with your business.
Sign back in to growth99.com, and click Continue.
On the permissions prompt that appears, confirm that growth99.com wants access to your Google account, then click Continue to grant access.
Once connected, Growth99 should display the following confirmation message: "Google Business Listing is connected" (highlighted in the screenshot below)
Locate the input box labeled Google Profile ID.
Enter the Profile ID of the business location for which you want to retrieve reviews.

Important: Adding the Google Profile ID is mandatory. Without a valid Profile ID,
reviews will not be fetched for the business location.
Click “Save Changes” at the bottom right to finalize the setup.
Once setup is complete, you’ll be redirected to the Active page, and your clinic’s status will change from Inactive to Active.
On the Active tab, locate the clinic for which you set up the Google Business Profile.
Click “⋮” (the three-dot) menu in the top-right corner of that card.
Choose Edit Channels from the dropdown menu to open the channel configuration panel.
On Setup Review Configuration, Google Status shows "In Progress," indicating that the system is retrieving the most recent review count from Google.
Within a few seconds, the status will automatically update from "In Progress" to
"Complete" once the retrieval process is successful.
Note: If you manage multiple locations, you must repeat this process for each clinic by selecting the clinic from the inactive tab and adding its respective Profile ID
On the Review Manager page, click on Reviews to view all the fetched reviews
In Review, filter out reviews based on:
All: Filter out review using drop-down presets: All, Hide, Unhide.
Select Location: Filter reviews based on the business's location.
Date Range Selector: Filter reviews by specific dates.
If you encounter any issues while linking your Google Business Profile or fetching reviews, please check the following:
Ensure you are accessing the correct Google account linked to your business.
Verify that you have granted the necessary permissions.
Double-check the accuracy of your Google Profile ID.
