Log in to your Growth99 platform using your current credentials
Click on your photo icon in the top right corner of the screen
Click the dropdown arrow to open the navigation menu
Click "My Profile"
From the left navigation menu, click "Change Password"
Once in the Change Password section:
You'll see your current email address displayed for confirmation
Fill in the required fields:
Current Password: Enter your existing password
New Password: Create a new secure password
Confirm Password: Re-enter the new password to confirm
Your new password must meet these security requirements:
At least 12 characters long
Include at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
Include at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
Include at least one numeric digit (0-9)
Include at least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
After entering all required information, click "Change Password"
You'll receive a confirmation that your password has been updated
Use your new password for your next login
Change your password regularly (every 90 days recommended)
Never share your password with others
Use a unique password for Growth99 that you don't use elsewhere
Consider using a password manager to generate and store secure passwords
Avoid using personal information in your password
If you encounter issues:
Ensure your current password is entered correctly
Verify your new password meets all security requirements
Make sure the new password and confirmation match exactly
Check for any error messages that indicate specific issues
If you can't remember your current password:
Log out of Growth99
On the login page, click "Forgot Password"
Enter your email address
Check your email for password reset instructions
Follow the link in the email to create a new password
