Log in to your Growth99 platform
Click on your photo icon in the top right corner
Click the dropdown arrow and select "My Profile"
Scroll to the Notification Settings section
To receive SMS notifications:
In your profile settings, locate the "Text Message Alerts" section
Check the box labeled "I consent to receive alerts via text message"
Ensure your phone number is correctly entered in the Phone field
Click "Save Changes"
This setting controls whether you receive system alerts and essential notifications via text message.
Growth99 automatically configures new lead notifications for all users:
New Lead Email Notifications: Automatically sent to your registered email address
New Lead SMS Notifications: Automatically sent to your registered phone number
This ensures every team member is immediately notified when new leads come into your business, helping you respond quickly to potential customers.
To receive notifications, you must maintain:
Email Address: For email notifications and system login
Phone Number: For SMS notifications and alerts
To modify or customize your notification preferences:
Navigate to "Automations" in your Growth99 platform
Locate the new lead notification settings
Edit preferences according to your needs:
Enable or disable specific notification types
Modify notification timing
Customize notification content
Set up additional notification triggers
Note: Changes made in Automations will affect how and when you receive various system alerts and business notifications.
Keep your contact information up-to-date to ensure reliable notification delivery
Enable both email and SMS notifications for critical alerts
Regularly review your notification settings to ensure they match your needs
Test your notifications after making changes to verify they're working correctly
If you're not receiving notifications:
Verify your email address is correct and active
Confirm your phone number is accurate and can receive SMS messages
Check that text message alerts are enabled in your profile
Review the Automations section to ensure notifications are properly configured
Check your email spam/junk folder for missed notifications
