Self Assessment is one of the signature features offered by Growth99+ for generating new leads. Self Assessment is a symptom simulator, that enables the website visitor/lead in choosing the body area and the symptoms that are applicable to them. On submission of the form, the lead will receive an email with the list of services that are available at the clinic for the selected symptoms. The clinic will also receive a lead notification email with the information submitted by the lead details.

This article discusses how can the symptoms be added or existing symptoms be edited to the services that are available on the Growth99+ business account of a particular clinic. (
CLICK HERE to learn how to add a service) The availability of more symptoms to choose from increases the chances of patients finding something suited to their complaints.
STEP 1
Access the admin panel of your Growth99+ account using your login credentials. Click on the menu titled "Self Assessment".
STEP 2
You will be redirected to a page that displays a default female model, you can choose to use the same model or click on the available models for the female and one for the male models.
If you enable Show Male model first it will display the male model by default
After selecting the models of your choice, click on the SAVE button as shown below. (In case you want to go with the default models then we can skip the above STEP 2)
STEP 3
After saving the models of your choice, click on the part of the body for which you want to add/edit a symptom. The symptoms can be added to body areas both front and back, in the below reference image we have chosen the body area "head". Upon clicking on the model's face, a symptom card/box appears as shown below.
If there are some symptoms previously added, you will find the details as shown in the image below.
STEP 4
Here comes the main step, which is adding or editing a symptom. First, let us learn how to add a new symptom and then see how to edit an existing symptom.
To add a new symptom, click on the box that says "Symptom Name", here you can type the concern/symptom you want to add.
Next, click on the box next to it, it will show you the list of all the services added inside the "Services" menu in the Growth99+ account. You can select one or multiple services that you provide and are applicable to the symptom. And finally, click on the "+" icon to save the symptom.
STEP 4
To edit a symptom, simply click on the edit button beside the symptom you wish to edit, give it a different symptom name/nomenclature if you desire, or if you want to add more services to the symptom, click on the services dropdown beside it and select the services from there.
In the below reference image, we have changed the original symptoms of "Fine Lines" to "glabellar lines", and we have selected IV Vitamins, and Vitamin Injections as other service options available for the symptom selected by the lead/patient.
After you have finished editing the symptoms and services, do not forget to click on the save icon.
