When any lead books an appointment on any of our
client’s websites through our Growth99+ booking link, that “lead” is
automatically turned to “Won” in our Growth99+ app.
And, for won leads, we don’t send any campaign email/SMS as they have already become their patients.
But, when the client is using the appointment booking feature from some other providers than Growth99, then, to stop the campaign emails and SMS, we need to turn the lead status to “WON” manually so that no email/SMS got sent to them.

Then, a lead details page will open up.
Now, the lead won’t get any SMS/email as soon as it will turn to “Won”.
Repeat the process for all the leads you don’t want to
send campaign SMS/email.
