What Are The Available Options To Receive Payments?
The electronic payment option makes cash management easier. With Growth99+ the office/clinic can receive payments through multiple ways to ensure there is complete flexibility both at the patient's end as well as for the provider to complete the process at their convenience.

Before we discuss the payment options, first let's find out how to set the cost for a particular service to make it visible to patients.
Choose the "Accounts & Settings" menu from the admin panel of your business account. To set a service cost, click on the "Services" menu that you will find in the drop-down. You will see a "blue icon" next to each service listed on the page. Click on the icon to add the cost and duration for the particular service. Refer to the below images for more details.

If you want to enable a deposit cost for that service, check the check box

A new box will appear asking for the "Deposit Cost" that you would like to collect while appointment booking; add the deposit cost accordingly.
If you don't want to collect any deposit cost at the time of booking, you can leave the field
""unchecked and proceed further.
Coming back to the routes through which the patients can complete the payment process:
1. Enabling the payment option for patients when booking an appointment.
Find the "clinic" submenu under the menu "Account & Settings", and click to edit the clinic Page.

On the "Clinic Configuration" tab, select the option to "Enable Payment Link".
Note: The field below the "Disable Virtual Appointment" option, allows you to block the time slots before an appointment.
If you want to allow customers to book more than one appointment per timeslot, you can enable multiple booking of appointments without a provider.
Just check the“Allow Multiple Booking Without Provider(Allow Double Booking) ” option and then you can enter the “Number of booking allowed per slot” as per your requirement. By default, it will be one.
Now with the payment option enabled, when the patient uses the appointment URL, they will find the option to make the payment as the last step. They can opt to complete the payment or choose to "pay later" during the visit to the office.

2. Patient Portal
When a patient books an appointment with a clinic, they receive their own login credentials via email. Patients can use these credentials to access a portal that allows them to view their appointments, payment history, forms, and consents (Read How To Assign Consents/Forms To Patient) related to their treatment. The portal allows patients to complete pending payments. Refer to the below image for more details.
