Importance Of Chat Sessions
Website visitors may take help of the chatbot to know more about the services and facilities that the business is offering. The Growth99+ app offers business account users a way to save all the chat sessions between the chatbot and leads.
These chat sessions remain undisclosed to anyone other than the business account users, to protect the privacy and identity of the website visitors. The chat sessions are for the purpose of business account users to know what their website visitors/leads are looking for. If the chatbot fails to provide the lead the information that they are looking for, then the business account user can know about it by going through the chat sessions.
Eg: If the website visitor wishes to connect with the service provider directly, the business account users can get this information by skimming through the chat sessions between that visitor and the chatbot.
Let us see how to access the chat sessions.
STEP 1
Use your login credentials to access the admin panel of the Growth99+ app. Click on the “Chat Sessions” option under the menu of “Chat Bot”. Refer to the below image.
STEP 2
You will be taken to the page where all the chat sessions are listed. Choose the lead whose chat session you want to study by clicking on the blue view button at the right side of the lead’s name. Refer to the below images.
You will be redirected to the page that displays a detailed chat session between the chatbot and the lead. Business account users can note the important details from the chats and act upon them. The ultimate goal of reading chat sessions is lead conversion and to offer the best of services to the patients.
