Communication is the key to marketing. The more we improve the communication with our clients, the more we will gain the trust of our clients resulting in satisfied happy customers and great business. To improve the communication between businesses and their clients, we have introduced the two-way texting feature in our G99+ application after months of hard work and brainstorming to create a user-friendly and sustainable system for our clients. Hope you have a great experience with it!
Detailed below is the operational procedure :
Now every business will have a unique contact number generated by our system through which the two-way texting process will be carried away. All the existing businesses now have that unique contact number, and whenever a business will be created in the G99+ application, that unique contact number will automatically get generated for that particular business through the business account creation process only.
STEP 1
Login to your G99+ application with the appropriate credentials and click on the "Two Way Text" menu from the left menu panel.
STEP 2
You will see the below page with two tabs; "Configuration" and "SMS Audit".
STEP 3
In the "SMS Audit" tab, you will see "SMS Audit Overview" which will show how many messages have been sent to your clients and how many messages you received from your clients with details. You can also check the detailed communications with any particular client there. by clicking on the edit button under the "Actions" column.
STEP 4
There you can check the entire communication with the client and send an SMS either by choosing from any available template in our SMS template library or you can also create a customized SMS and send it as shown below. These communications will be carried away by the system-generated dedicated number for your business even if you don't add any number to our system and all the communications will be shown on the left side as shown below.
STEP 5
Let's come to the notifications of all these SMSs to your own contact number. If you add your contact number to the marked section below, you will be notified whenever any lead fills up any G99+ form present on your website which is our already existing feature.
Now, to get all the reply SMS received from the clients to our auto-generated SMS or any SMS you sent from our system to the client to your own contact number, you just need to enable the SMS forwarding option as shown below and save it.
STEP 6
As soon as you enable this, you will get all the reply SMSs as well to your own contact number as shown below. That SMS will go from the dedicated system-generated number to your own contact number and if you reply back there from your phone, our system-generated number will forward that SMS to that client's number and the client will receive your reply SMS. And all the communications made from your phone will also be recorded in the "SMS Audit" section as well; in the future, if you see the communication history from the G99+ app, you will be able to see each communication.
In the above image, as you can see, you will be able to see the client's contact number with their message as shown. You can also click on that number and call your client directly to communicate.
Just keep in mind, if you call your client at the client's number or send any SMS to your client's number directly from your number without replying to the SMS thread from our dedicated number, the personal call or SMS details will not be recorded in our system.
STEP 7
If you want to check the communication history for any particular lead or patient or send an SMS through the two-way text feature to that particular lead/patient, that too you can check from the lead or patient details page accordingly.
For leads, you just need to go to the leads dashboard by clicking on the "All Leads" submenu under the "Leads" menu and then you need to click the edit button beside that particular lead for whom you want to check the two-way communication details.
Now you will see the "Lead details" page; there you need to go to the tab "Two Way SMS".
There on the "Two Way SMS" page, click on the edit button under the "Actions" column and you will be able to see all the communications and also you can send SMS from there if you want.
STEP 8
The same goes for the patients as well. From the "Patient details" page under the "Two Way SMS" tab, you can see all the communications, and also you can send SMS from there if you want.
For that, you need to go to the "Patients" submenu under the "Appointments" menu and click on the particular patient for whom you want to check the communications.
You will get to see the "Two Way SMS" tab in the "Patient details" page, click on it.
Now, under "Actions" click on the edit button as shown and check the communication detail and send SMSs further if you want.
