We have introduced the feature of seamless patient experience to display the consent and questionnaires attached to the booked service just after the appointment booking so that the patients can fill up and submit them while booking the appointment.
To enable a seamless patient experience for your business, check out the steps below!
STEP – 1
Access your Growth99+ business account using your login credentials and select the menu titled "Account & Settings" and click on the sub-menu titled "Clinics".
STEP – 2
You will see the below page. Click on the edit button beside the clinic as shown below.
STEP – 3
You will see the below page. Click on the tab "Clinic Configuration".
STEP – 4
Now, in the tab "Clinic Configuration" tab, click to enable the checkbox as shown below. Then click on "Save".
STEP – 5
To add questionnaires to the services, go to the "Services" menu under "Account & Settings", and click on the edit button beside a service.
You will see the below page. Click on the "Questionnaire" box as shown below to add the questionnaires according to your choice from the dropdown menu, and click on "Save".

Now, to check the seamless patient experience, book a test appointment from the G99+ public booking link.
As soon as you book the appointment, the below page will pop up.
After signing the consent and submitting the questionnaires, click on "Submit".
STEP – 8
To check the consent and the questionnaires signed and submitted by a patient, click on the patient, and from the patient details page, you can check them as shown below.
