What to do if you have lost the Growth99+ login credential or forgot your password?

This article will discuss how a Growth99+ business account user can reset their password if they forget their original password or lose the email that has their login credentials.

STEP 1

Then click on "Forgot Password" as shown below.



STEP 2

You will be asked for the email address that was already registered with Growth99+.
Provide the email address there and click on "Send Request" as shown below.






STEP 3

You will be redirected to the change password application page. (Screenshot added below)




STEP 4

Simultaneously, you will receive another email from Growth99 that carries a 6-digit OTP that will be required to create the new password.

Note: In case of multiple OTP emails, you are requested to use the latest OTP.






STEP 5

After adding the new password of your choice, enter the 6-digit OTP in the place shown below.

Note: The password needs to be of a minimum of 6 characters, with at least 1 capital letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 digit, and 1 special character.



STEP 6

Once you create the new password, you will be asked to log in using the registered email address and the new password created.
