Here we will discuss the “Patient Tags” feature in the mass SMS/email section.
Now, we have a new feature where we can filter out the patient tags too and can send mass SMS/emails to the patients under any specific patient tag or multiple patient tags according to our choice.
STEP – 1
Let’s start with creating a patient tag.
There click on the “Create Mass Email and SMS” section as shown below.
STEP – 5
Then the mass email/SMS trigger page will open up and there first we need to give a name of that trigger and then click on “Next”.
After that click on the “Patient” module and click on Next.
Then in the “Action” section, select both the patient status new and existing as shown below.
Choose your preferable patient tag and click on “Next”.
There, set the time when you want the mass email/SMS to send.
