Steps to Integrate Nextech with Growth99+:
Step – 1
Access your Growth99+ business account using your login credentials and select the menu titled "Account & Settings" and click on the sub-menu titled "API Integrations".
Step – 2
You will see the below page., click on Nextech there as shown below.
Step – 3
You will see the below page. For Nextech integration, we need to add a few things that are shown below; Client Id, User Name, Password, and PracticeId. If you have those details, you need to add them, otherwise, you need to contact Nextech support and ask for those details.
After you get them, add them accordingly and hit the "Save" button.
Step – 4
Now let's come to the most important part, the form section. To send data to Nextech, your G99+ forms need to have some mandatory fields without which your data will not get transferred to Nextech; those are first name, last name, email address, phone number, birth date, and Zipcode. ("Message" field is optional)
Kindly check whether all your forms have all these mandatory fields or not. If not, then you need to add them accordingly.
To check forms, click on the "Form Builder" menu.
You will see the below page. Click on the edit button beside the forms to check the fields.
You will be redirected to the below page. Click on the "Preview" button to check all the existing fields in that form.
Step – 5
If you don't have the DOB and the Zipcode fields, add them. To add, click on the "Add Question" button and go to the bottom of the page.
You will see the below box has appeared at the bottom.
Step – 6
Now add "Birthdate" in the question, mark it as "Required", mark it as "Validate", choose the validation type to YYYY/MM/DD or YYYY-MM-DD, add the message on invalid data entered "Please enter your birthdate in YYYY/MM/DD or YYYY-MM-DD format only.", select the question type as "Date", and hit the "Save" button.
Step – 7
Same way, add another question, add "Zipcode" in the question, mark it as "Required", select the question type as "Input Box", and hit the "Save" button.
Step – 8
Now check the preview again, you will see the newly added fields will appear in the form.
Now, fill in the details for testing and submit the form and check in the G99+ Nextech "History" section if the lead is appearing and showing as completed or not.
Also, in the above screenshot, under “History”, there are two columns named “Request” and “Response”.
Under both columns, there is a black info icon with each entry. Hover or click on it, and it will show what request was sent and what response receive from the API.
If the lead’s email already exists there, then the request will fail.
We also have a retry button to retry the request if any error occurs.
We are sending leads from Growth99 to Nextech, where they will appear in the Patients table. This integration allows seamless transfer and management of lead information, enabling efficient tracking, assignment, and follow-up. By centralising leads in Nextech, medical aesthetic clinics can streamline their operations, improve client acquisition strategies, and enhance overall business efficiency.
