Aesthetic Records API integration connects various applications and services to Aesthetic Records, a cloud-based business management software designed for the medical aesthetic industry. It offers features such as appointment scheduling, client management, point of sale, inventory management, and more. By integrating with Aesthetic Records, clinics can automate and streamline their operations, enhance client management, and improve overall efficiency. This integration helps medical aesthetic clinics manage client interactions more effectively, boost operational efficiency, and ultimately deliver superior service to their clients.
Step – 1
Access your Growth99+ business account using your login
credentials and select the menu titled "Account & Settings" and click on the sub-menu titled "API Integrations".
You will see the below page.
Step – 3
There, in the API URL section, you need to add your API URL, i.e., https://api.aestheticrecord.com, if the URL is not pre-filled.
And, for the API token, if you have it, you need to add it under the “API Token” section.
Otherwise, you need to contact Aesthetic Record support and ask for your API token.
After they provide you with your API
token, add it under the “API Token” section and click on “Save”.
Step – 4
After you save the details, whenever
you get any lead, it will be sent to your Aesthetic Record, and it will be
shown in the “History” below.
Step – 5
After saving, test it by submitting a Growth99+ contact form present on your website, and check if it is getting recorded under “History” or not, like the above image.
If still not working, then you need to contact Aesthetic Record support and ask for the correct “API URL”; sometimes it might be different.
Also, in the above screenshot, under “History”, there are two columns named “Request” and “Response”.
Under both columns, there is a black info icon with each entry. Hover or click on it, and it will show what request was sent and what response receive from aesthetic API.
If the lead’s email already exists there, then the request will fail.
We also have a retry button to retry the request if
any error occurs.
