Now in the G99+ app, we can easily export any trigger from any business account and import it to any other business account and use it there.
Here are the steps!
STEP 1
Log in to the G99+app using the appropriate credentials for the business from where you want to export trigger/s and click on the "Import/Export Center" menu from the left menu panel.
STEP 2
There you need to click on the tab "Triggers".
STEP 3
You will see the below page. There click on the dropdown menu "Select a trigger type".
There you will get to see the options All, Leads, Appointments, Mass Lead, and Mass Patient; choose the category accordingly.
STEP 4
Let's choose the "Mass Patient" category. After choosing, hit the "Export To Excel" button.
STEP 5
If you want to export any particular trigger, that too you can do. You just need to go to the "Trigger" menu and from there select the desired trigger/s you want to export and hit the "Export" button at the top right corner.
STEP 6
Now you can check the exported Excel file, there you need to change/edit the data in the "NAME" column if any trigger with the same name exists in the business you want to import it. Please don't change any data from any other field than "NAME" in that Excel, otherwise, it will not get imported. If you don't want to make any changes to the Excel, you can edit the existing trigger name in the business you want to import it and give some other name so that the imported trigger name does not match the existing one.
STEP 7
Now you need to log out from that business and log in to the business account where you want to import those triggers and the same way you need to go to the "Import/Export Center" and choose the tab "Triggers". There click on the button "Browse for file" and choose the file you exported from the other business.
You will see the below box will pop up, there just click on "Upload"
STEP 8
Now refresh the page and check the "Upload History", your imported file will show there.
STEP 9
Now, if you check the triggers section, you will see the imported ones there. Keep in mind, the imported triggers will be in the disabled state. You need to enable them to make use of it. To enable, click on the grey slider below the "Status" column, as soon as it turns into blue, it's enabled.
