The Growth99+ triggers can be used to run multiple ad campaigns for leads coming from different sources. Each trigger can be customized or a new trigger can be set up to send multiple email templates at different intervals. This helps in ensuring that engagement with the lead is maintained according to the campaign strategy. (

Sending emails to leads at regular intervals is a great way to keep their interest piqued and attract more attention to the services that the business offers. However, it is cumbersome to spend time sending emails to all the leads manually. The "Trigger" feature of the Growth99+ application comes to the rescue when business account users want to send emails or SMS to their leads in a cyclical manner.
We have discussed the functioning of the
"Trigger" menu in detail, in an earlier article. (

"Trigger" feature for a successful email campaign. Let us discuss how to create a trigger for multiple emails to be sent to the patient at a pre-decided interval.
STEP 1
Access your admin panel using your login credentials and click on the "Trigger" menu. Refer to the below image.
STEP 2
The page displays a list of the triggers that were previously added, you can edit and customize an existing one. To create a new one click on the "Create Trigger" button at the top right corner of the page.
STEP 3
The "Start" option displays a data field where you can enter the name you wish to give to the trigger. After you type a suitable name for your trigger click on the "Next" button present below. Refer to the below image. The first in the series of emails you can send your new lead could be an impressive welcome mail.
STEP 4
The next data field titled "Select Module", module here will be the lead as we are setting up the trigger to target the leads. The module appointment will be used when you are setting up the trigger for the Growth99+ appointment tool.
STEP 5
On clicking the "Next" button. Here we are selecting the source as Form. This implies that you are activating a trigger to send a welcome email to all leads sourced from the contact form on your website.
STEP 6
The next step is very important. You will have to choose the mode of sending the trigger. Select the "email" option, and from the dropdown select the option "Leads". The second dropdown will display a list of previously created email templates that suit the campaign requirements. Choose a suitable welcome email for the new lead and click on the "Next" button. Refer to the below image.
STEP 7
Select a suitable time duration after which you would like to activate the trigger. We have used the example of a duration of zero minutes; which means that every new lead generated via the contact form will immediately receive a welcome email. Proceed to add another trigger by clicking on the "Add another condition" button.
STEP 8
Choose "email" as the mode of the trigger and select another email from the dropdown. Here we have used the email template to inform them about the complimentary consultation offer.
Click on the "Next" button to set a time duration to activate the trigger. We have set time duration of 2 days as an example; which means that the trigger will activate and send this email 3 days after the lead submits the form.
You can continue adding more conditions and setting a time duration to activate each of the emails. Do not forget to click on "Submit" to save and activate this trigger.
You have successfully created a trigger for your email campaign! All the selected emails will go out to new leads that are generated via the contact form at the pre-determined time interval you have chosen. Businesses can create custom email templates if the existing templates do not suit their requirements. (CLICK HERE to know more on the creation of email templates)
