How To Setup The Working Schedule For The User


For every new user who is marked as a provider, the Growth99+ application adds a default working schedule. To change and customize the working schedule, the respective user must be edited. In this article, we will see how to configure the working schedule according to every user and a few important points to be remembered about the same. 

STEP 1

Use appropriate login credentials to access the admin panel and go to "Accounts and Settings". You will find the "User" option; click on it to see the page that appears like the image given below. Click on the blue icon on the right side of the user details.





STEP 2 

You will be directed to a page like the one in the below image. Click on the edit icon highlighted in the below image, and choose an image from your device to set as a profile picture.





STEP 3 

New tabs that were not present earlier, can now be seen when creating the new user, like the appointment tab, working, and vacation schedule tab.

Note: If we do not select the is a provider? checkbox for the user, these tabs will not be available. 

STEP 4 

Click on the tab "Working Schedule".
You will notice that the default setting has set the working date at 1 year and working days are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. 
While the date may remain unchanged, we will need to edit the days and the time as per the user's schedule.
Below we are setting the time from Monday to Friday as 8 AM to 5 PM and for Sunday it is shown as 9 AM to 2 PM.

  1. To do that, first, we select the days "Monday - Friday" and set the time from 8 AM - 5 PM.



  1. Next click on the "Plus" icon which is shown in the above image. A new set of fields for day and time will appear, where we will select Sunday and set the time to be 9 AM - 2 PM.




Do Not Forget to Click on The "Save" button.


STEP 5

To add a vacation, just click on the "vacation schedule" tab as you can see in the below image. Select a "Date From and a Date To", and proceed to save the information. Note: Be sure to select the time as 9 AM - 6 PM in the vacation time field and hit the save button or the vacation schedule will not be set.
