Many a time, you will face issues while sending SMS/emails to your leads.
This may happen because of the insufficient SMS/email quota left for the current month which will also show a warning message "
Email and SMS limit for current month has been reached. To send Email and SMS please contact support@growth99.com" like the below image.
This is because by default we have 1000 SMS and 1000 emails per month for each business.
If any business uses up the specified limits, the above warning message will be shown.
Even though you don't get the above warning message, still, sometimes while creating mass SMS/emails for leads, you could be seeing a warning message saying "SMS limit for current month has been reached.To send SMS please contact support@growth99.com " or " Email limit for current month has been reached.To send Email please contact support@growth99.com " as shown below.
In both the above cases, you can check how many SMS or emails are left for you for that month.
To check, first, click on "Business" under "Management" and then click on "Emails/SMS Audit" as shown below.
There you can check how many total SMS or emails you have and how many you have used.
Now, to increase your SMS/email quota, check the SMS/email packages from there as shown below.

It will redirect to the page shown below and select any of the Email and SMS packages by clicking on the "Buy Pack" option when you hover over them.

We can select One Time payment option or a Recurring option (Subscription) for payment.
In the Recurring option, the subscription will be auto-renewed on a monthly basis.
