Growth99+ application allows its users to send Emails or SMS in bulk to their Leads or Patients or both by scheduling it in the application.
But, before getting into scheduling the mass email/SMS, we need to create the email/SMS templates accordingly.
Create an email template for mass email -
Click on "Email Templates" under the menu "Templates".
There click on the "Mass Email Templates" tab and then click on "+Create Template".
Then choose the module "Mass Email".
Then choose the other required fields accordingly and create the template.

Create an SMS template for mass SMS-
Click on "SMSTemplates" under the menu "Templates".
There click on the "Mass SMS Templates" tab and then click on "+Create Template".
Then choose the module "Mass SMS".
Then choose the other required fields accordingly and create the template.

STEP 1
Select the Mass Email and SMS sub-menu under the Marketing menu on the left-hand side of the home screen.
STEP 2
On the Mass Email and SMS page, you can see all the triggers you have created for sending bulk Emails in the "Email Campaigns" tab and bulk SMS to the "SMS Campaigns" tab to Leads, Patients, and Both.
Click the “ Send Email" button under the "Patients", "Leads" or "Both" sections to proceed with sending a mass email to patients, leads, or both respectively.
Same way, click on the "SMS Campaigns" tab to send bulk SMSs to Leads, Patients, and Both.
STEP 3
You need to start setting up the Mass Email by giving a suitable name.
The ” +” button will be activated once you fill in the name field. Click the “ + " button to proceed to the next step.
STEP 4
In the module, you can choose whom you want to send the Mass Email or SMS.
If you choose Leads you can select the lead statuses, lead sources, and/or lead tags of the leads who should receive this email or SMS.
If you want to select multiple lead statuses, lead sources, and/or lead tags, that can be also chosen from the drop-down. You can select the “ Select All “ option too.
Similarly, if you choose the Patient module you can choose the patient statuses, patient tags, and patient appointment statuses from the drop-down who should receive the Email or SMS.
Click the “ + ” button to choose the templates.
STEP 5
Here you need to click on the "Choose" button to select the email template; select the appropriate template and proceed further to select the date and time.

Once you choose the appropriate template, you can choose the date and time in the scheduler as shown in the below image.
Click the “ Save” button to complete the Mass Email creation.
Same way you can create mass SMS from the "SMS Campaigns" tab.
The New Mass Email you created will be shown at the top of the "Email Campaigns" page shown as in the below image.
If you wish to stop sending the Email or SMS you can disable the trigger anytime before the scheduled time, by clicking the status button to disable it.
Also, there are 3 dots under "Actions" where you can edit or delete the mass campaign if needed.
Note: If any lead/patient doesn't want to be a part of your SMS campaign, by replying "STOP" to your SMS, they can opt out of any further SMS campaign or automated SMS from your business sent by the G99+ platform.
