With the lead generation options using your Growth99+ account, the next natural step would be to reach out and communicate with the new leads. The Growth99+ account offers the option of "Triggers" through which multiple triggers can be created to schedule different emails and SMS to maintain the customer engagement or to successfully convert the lead into a lifetime customer.
Follow the instructions below to learn about the triggers.
STEP 1
As you log in to your Growth99+ account, you will notice a menu titled "Triggers". First, let's understand the pre-configured triggers in order to create our own for whatever purpose or email/SMS template we need.
Below is the image of the Triggers page.
As a standard practice, we have triggers set up for all sources in common with similar nomenclature in place.
- The "Lead Trigger- Contact Form, Chatbot, Facebook, Landing Page, Manual- Email + SMS" Trigger for example is meant to send an email and an SMS notification to the leads who submit the contact form when using the contact form, chatbot, landing page on the website and also through manual lead addition and Facebook ads.
- The "Business Notification - Contact Form, Chatbot,Facebook,Landing Page, Manual and Virtual Consultation - Email" is meant to send an email notification immediately to the business owner about a new lead from a contact form, chatbot, landing page on the website and also through manual lead addition and Facebook ads.
- Each trigger can be reviewed by clicking on the edit button mentioned against it.
- Most importantly, if any of the triggers are "inactive", they will not "trigger" the SMS/Email for which they are configured.
The First trigger in the above picture is meant to send a total of 6 SMSs and 6 emails on each consecutive day, this trigger is set up in case the user intends to run a week-long campaign for every new lead.
STEP 2
To create a new trigger, click on the Icon button that says, "Create Trigger".
You will be guided to a page that requires you to enter the target and select the time and the template you want to be delivered.
We first start by giving the trigger a name, we shall name it after its purpose for easy identification. In this case, we name it "Email For Landing Page Ad Campaign Lead"
Since we are "targetting" the "leads" coming from the custom landing page, we have selected the "Module" as "Lead" above. The module "appointment" is for setting up a trigger when you are using the Growth99+ appointment tool.
STEP 3
The next step is selecting the source from which you want to target the leads. In our example, we intend to set up this trigger to target the leads coming only from our landing page ad campaign.
So we select the option of the landing page.
Next, we select the landing page we using for the ad campaign.
NOTE: We have made an enhancement here.
Now we can create different triggers for different Growth99+ contact forms.
For this, we first need to choose "Form" while creating the trigger from the "Leads From" section.
Then we can choose any of the form/s from the dropdown menu below that for which we want to create the trigger specifically as shown below.
STEP 4
On clicking next, you will be asked to add a "condition", that is, whether you want to send an email or SMS, and to whom it is intended (Target).
We have chosen to send an email to the leads as the "target".
After selecting the target, the next field allows you to select the email template from the drop-down. If you wish to create a new email template for this ad, check how to
create an email template here.
Moving forward, we have chosen an existing email template from the drop-down, seen below.
STEP 5
The next option requires you to set a timer, that is after how many minutes/Hours/Days you want the template to fire after receiving a new lead.
Here we have selected "0" minutes as we wish to send this email instantly once we get a new lead.
If you wish to set this trigger, click on the "Submit" button shown above, or if you wish to send another email or SMS click on "+ Add another condition".
STEP 6
Going a step further, we choose to add another condition and send an SMS to the same lead on the following day. The process remains the same as above, the only difference is to select the SMS option here and trigger the time as "1 Day".
You can preview the templates to cross-examine if they are perfect. If all seems good, click on submit.
Hurray! Your trigger is now set up and is also activated by default.
In the future, if you want to make any modifications. You can click on edit and make the necessary changes.
