How To Configure A Custom "Thank You" Message That Appears After Form Submission?

Now, we can configure a custom "Thank You" message that appears after a form submission.

Here in this article, we will be explaining how we can do it.

Note: Please note that if you have a thank you page linked to the form, the thank you message will not work in that case.

STEP - 1

After logging in to your G99+ app, click on the "Form Builder" menu from the left menu bar; refer to the screenshot below.

You will see a list of all the forms that are added to your website. Click on the edit button beside the one you want to add a custom thank you message after submission.

STEP - 2

There you will find a checkbox that says " Configure Thank you page message In contact Form?"; click the checkbox.

STEP - 3

As soon as you click there, an input box will open up.

Add your custom "thank you" message in the input box and click on "Save".

Now test submitting the form and check the thank you message is appearing properly after submitting the form or not.
