Lead generation plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of a business. The Growth99+ application keeps a record of all the leads generated for the business in the "Leads" menu. This article discusses how to add a lead manually to your Growth99+ business account.
Why Do You Need To Add Leads Manually?
The Growth99+ business account facilitates lead generation from the following sources.
- Landing Pages
- Contact Form
- Chatbot
- Virtual Consultation (Symptom Composer)
The
"Triggers" menu allows business account users to keep sending their leads email and S.M.S notifications. Service providers/ business account users can select the source of lead generation that they want to target to receive the triggers. Businesses often create trigger campaigns to welcome their new leads and send them other information related to discount offers and services that the clinic offers. (CLICK HERE to know more about triggers)
Businesses can use the "Triggers" menu to continue sending notifications to their leads via email or S.M.S. If a lead does not connect with the clinic or does not respond to any notifications from the clinic, then businesses cannot activate triggers to communicate with them.
This article explains how to continue sending trigger notifications to new leads who do not respond to any communication from the clinic.
STEP 1
Access the admin panel of your Growth99+ business account and click on the "Leads" menu. You will be taken to a page that displays detailed information on the lead generation of that business.
STEP 2
Click on the icon "Add Lead" beside the "Import Leads" button as shown below.

STEP 5
You can maintain a list of all the leads you want to add manually on a spreadsheet. Make separate columns for the first and last names, email IDs, contact numbers, a message you want to send to the lead, the lead status (CLICK HERE to know more about lead status), and the tag that you want to assign to the lead. The tag could be anything that relates to the lead or the services they are interested in. Please ensure that your spreadsheet is well-organized and there are no spelling errors. Refer to the below image portraying a sample spreadsheet.
STEP 6
Go to the "Leads" menu again and scroll down till you see the "Import Leads" button and click on it. Refer to the below image.
STEP 7
You can then choose the spreadsheet you have created for all the leads and upload it to your Growth99+ business. If there are no errors in the spreadsheet, it will get uploaded successfully and all the leads in the sheet will be automatically displayed in the "Leads" menu of your Growth99+ business account.
Check the newly added leads to find the tags that you had added in front of each lead in the spreadsheet, already assigned to them.
This is an easy and quick way to add multiple leads to your business manually. Later you can also assign multiple tags to the newly added leads. (CLICK HERE to know how to assign lead tags to leads)
