How Are The Unanswered Questions Of The Chat Bot Useful For A Business?

The chatbot is one of the salient features that the Growth99+ app offers its business account users. A chatbot mimics human interaction to a great extent, helping website visitors know the key features and services that the business offers. 

A chatbot will work only as much as it is programmed and updated. It is important to add questionnaires and offer answers to these questions to the chatbot for it to be able to chat with website visitors. The chatbot lacks human intelligence and therefore will only answer as much as it knows. If you do not feed information on a topic to the chatbot, and a website visitor asks about it, the chatbot will not be able to answer.

The Growth99+ app features a facility that will store all the questions that the chatbot could not answer for the website visitors. Let us see how to access the databank of the unanswered questions in the Growth99+ application.


STEP 1


Once you log in to your Growth99+ account you will find the “Chatbot” menu in the admin panel. Click on the sub-menu titled “Unanswered”. Refer to the below image.





STEP 2

You will be redirected to the page where you will see a list of the questions that the Chatbot failed to answer. You may use the information from the unanswered questions to modify your chatbot questionnaires or reach out to the leads and solve their queries directly. Refer to the below image.
