SMS Functionality

• One-way SMS messages are being re-enabled for all practices

• This includes:

• SMS triggers

• One-way messages from lead/patient detail pages

• SMS notifications

• Two-way SMS remains fully operational for enabled users

• Note: Messages that were queued between 10/23-11/1 will not be sent to avoid potential duplicates

• Mass SMS functionality remains temporarily disabled

Email Services

• Email functionality is being restored today

• The following features will be operational:

• Email notifications

• Email triggers

• One-way emails from patient/lead detail pages

• System emails (e.g., password reset)

• Note: Emails queued between 10/29-11/1 will not be sent

• Mass email functionality remains temporarily disabled

Features Still Under Maintenance

• Mass SMS functionality

• Mass email functionality

• Bulk upload functionality for leads/patients
