Form Builder (Typeform)

Now, we can create a Typeform or make any existing contact form a Typeform in our G99+ app.

Here are the steps!

STEP - 1

Access your Growth99+ business account using your login credentials. There you can access all your questionnaires or forms in two places.
One is from the "Form Builder" menu.



Another is from the "Questionnaires" menu under "Templates".



Both are the same, so you can choose any of the above methods to edit your existing forms or create a new form or questionnaire by clicking on the "Create Questionnaire" button.




STEP - 2

After you click on the edit button present beside any form, you will be redirected to the page below. Click on the "Preview" button to check the current form layout.



Your form will look more or less like the one below according to the questions you added to your form.


STEP - 3

To convert it to a Typeform, click on " Enable Modern UI" and "Save". Now check the preview.

  

The below page will open up in the next tab. There add your email address and click on the "Ok" button to get the next question.



The next question will appear as shown below.



STEP - 4

In the above screenshot, the logo is not visible which was there in the previous screenshot where we added the email address.

To show the logo on every page with each question, click on the " Show Business Logo on every page?" option and "Save". Now check the preview again. The logo will be visible on every pages.

                

STEP - 5

To change the background image, click on the "Add Background Image" option as shown below and save it.

                         

The background image will appear like below.



To change the background image further, or delete it, click on the edit or delete button respectively as shown below.




STEP - 6

Another advantage of the Typeform is, leads can start over from where they left off if they leave the page without submitting the form.

For that, they just need to click on the "Save Form" option as shown below.



Later, when the leads want to complete the form and submit it, they just need to open the form and enter their email address. 
If they are opening the form in the same browser window, as soon as they fill in their email address, it will load to where they left and if it is a different browser or device, it will ask if they want to start over or want to continue from where they left.


 

Now, leads can fill out the rest of the form accordingly by clicking on "Yes" or "No" according to their wish.

Also, when you are opening the form in a different browser, if you want to continue from where you left off, you can click on the "Load Form" button at the top right corner.

It will ask you to enter your email address. Enter your email address and click on "done". The form will load where you left off.



STEP - 7

At any point, if leads want to edit any answered questions, they can go back and edit it by clicking the back button as shown below.




After the leads submit the complete form, the leads will appear in the G99+ "Leads" section.
