This article will discuss how a Growth99+ business account user can reset their password if they forget their original password or lose the email that has their login credentials.
STEP 1
Once the Growth99+ team resets your password, you will receive an auto-generated email to your registered email address. (Screenshot attached below)
As a 2 step security verification, the first email carries a verification link as seen below.
STEP 2
As you click on the link present in the first email, you will be redirected to the change password application page. (Screenshot added below)
STEP 3
Simultaneously, you will receive another email from Growth99 that carries a 6 digit OTP that will be required to create the new password.
Note: The OTP email is linked to the first email that has the verification link, so whenever you click on the verification link, it will generate an email with the OTP. In case of multiple OTP emails, you are requested to use the latest OTP.
STEP 4
After adding the new password of your choice, enter the 6 digit OTP in the place shown below.
Note: The password needs to be of a minimum of 6 characters, with at least 1 capital letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 digit, 1 special character.
Once you create the new password, you will be asked to log in using the registered email address and the new password created.
