The
"Contact Form" option present under the
"Account and Settings" of the Growth99+ admin panel is the main source of lead generation. (
CLICK HERE to know more about the contact form) The contact form is integrated with the symptom composer/virtual self-assessment and all the landing pages.
In absence of any triggers (
CLICK HERE to know how to create a trigger), when the contact form is submitted via the symptom composer or any landing page, lead data is generated in the account. The lead receives an email notifying them that their contact form/virtual self-assessment has been received. The clinic for which the lead is generated also receives a notification email at the same time.
The below image is a sample of an email notification sent to the account user/clinic for a lead generated via symptom composer.
The below image is a sample of an auto email sent to the lead.
Now let us learn in a few easy steps "How to create a new email for lead?"
STEP 1
Using your login credentials, access the Growth99+ admin panel. Choose the "Templates" option and click on "Email templates". On the right top corner of the page, you will find a blue "Create Template" button.
STEP 2
If you click on the "Create Template" option, you will be redirected to a page that looks like the one shown in the below image.
Select the module as "Lead" and the target as the lead/client or the account user/clinic, depending on the contents of the email.
After selecting the module, select the target as "Lead" too.
STEP 3
Add a suitable subject line and create an email body with the required variables. The below image shows an email created for the lead who submits the contact form.
For editing, always click on "Try Old Editor" and do all the editing.
Now, we can also create an identical template to any of the existing templates with just a single click; just like cloning any existing template.
For that, we just need to click on the "Clone" button beside it.
If we click on it, the exact same template will get created at the top with the same name, just "-clone" will be added to the template name. Afterward, you can edit the template according to your wish, also you can change the name as well if you want.
