Custom Thank You Page Redirect Enhancement for the Contact Forms

Now, we can use the same lead capture form for the contact forms, virtual consultation, and landing pages and still redirect them to different thank you pages after submission.

Here in this article, we will be explaining how we can do it.

STEP - 1

Go to - https://app.growth99.com/

Use your login credentials to access your business in our Growth99+ app.

After logging in, click on the downward arrow beside the "Account & Settings" option.

There, you will find the option "Contact Form"; you need to click on it.

Refer to the screenshot below.

STEP - 2

There you will find three checkboxes for "Thank you page URL In Contact Form", "Thank you page URL In VC", and "Thank you page URL In Landing Page". Refer to the marked screenshot below.

STEP - 3

There, by checking the checkbox, a text box will get opened below it.

There in the text box below it, you can add any customized thank you page link that you want to add. Refer to the marked screenshot below.

This way, you can add different thank you page links to all the three places like contact forms, virtual consultation (VC), and landing pages or any one or two of the places according to your wish by checking the checkboxes beside it and pasting the thank you page link likewise.

After adding the thank you page links, don't forget to click the "Save" button.

Last, test if it is working properly or not by submitting the respective forms and checking if at submission the forms are redirecting to the desired thank you pages.

Note: If you have multiple G99+ forms, click on "Form Builder", edit the form, and add the thank you page link as shown below.

Click here if you want to add a custom "thank you" message that appear after a form submission if any thank you page is not linked to a contact form.
