It should be possible for any agency to include a domain on the list of banned domains, such as
www.ban.com. If a business is associated with that agency, it will not receive any leads from email addresses that begin with
abc@ban.com.
Additionally, our application will refrain from sending emails to any addresses that are included on the banned domain list.
If Agency A bans one.com, and Agency B hasn't banned one.com, Agency B's clients will receive emails from one.com. If a domain is included in the master list or "super list" of banned domains, no agency will receive leads from it.
Let's check how we can block a domain.
STEP - 1
In the left menu panel, you will find a submenu "Block domain" under the menu "Businesses"; click on it.
STEP - 2
You will see the below page; click on "Add Domain" button there.
You will see the below page; in the "Name" text box, add the domain name you want to block, your agency name will be shown in the select agency section, if not, select your agency name and click on save.
The domain will be blocked and the domain name will appear in the list.
