Adding A Third-Party Appointment Booking Link In G99+

If you are using our G99+ chatbot but not using our G99+ appointment booking system, instead, using a third-party booking system, then this article is for you.
Here we will discuss how we can add a third-party appointment booking link to our G99+ app.
Let's check it out!

Step - 1

Using your login credentials, access the admin panel of your business account.

Step - 2

There are two ways you can add the booking link:

1. From the "Clinics" page.
2. From the "Chatbot Configuration" page.

1. From the "Clinics" page - 

For adding the booking link from the "Clinics" page, click on "Clinics" under the "Account & Settings" menu.

There, on the clinic page, click on the edit button below "Action" as shown below.



On the clinic page, add your appointment booking link under "Appointment URL" and save it as shown below.
 


Your booking link is added successfully now.

2.  From the "Chatbot Configuration" page -

For adding the booking link from the "Chatbot Configuration" page, click on "Chatbot Configuration" under the "Chatbot" menu.



On the "Chatbot Configuration" page, add your appointment booking link under the "Default Clinic Appointment Booking URL" and save it as shown above.

Your booking link is added successfully now.

Note: If you add the booking link through the clinic page, it will automatically reflect in the "Chatbot Configuration" page and vice-versa.

Step - 3

After adding the booking link, always make sure that, on the "Chatbot Configuration" page, the  "  Enable Appointment in Bot? " is unchecked or not.

If it is pre-checked, kindly uncheck it and save it as shown below, as if it is checked, then in the chatbot, our G99+ booking system will be enabled instead of your actual booking link.
